DFT Cutting Tools CBN overall composite inserts is based on a CBN round composite sheet, and the shape and center hole are cut by laser and ground. The whole blade has one surface (single-sided composite) of PCBN material, with a central hole positioning.
Processed Material: Hardened steel, high strength cast iron, powder metallurgy, gray cast iron.
Processing Methods: Finishing, semi-finishing and roughing.
